Armony and awareness to overcome tensions and to obtain a better happines and balance. Will be at complete disposal the wonderfull space of Scuola Fiesole Arte, in wich through moments of meditation, imagery and simple expressive techniques of artherapy, will be explored the connection between contemplative and spiritual experience, mind, behaviour and an authentic psychophysic well being. In a not judicatory atmosphere of warm participation, will be recovered armony and touch with the own deepest nature.

Arrival between 16 and 18, welcome at 19. The retreat will finish at 10 of Saturday 13. Ogni partecipante verrą seguito al proprio livello e nella propria tecnica e stile. Gruppi da 3 a 12 partecipanti. Lezioni dalle 9 alle 13 ed eventualmente dalle 14.30 alle 17.30. Il costo sarądi €7,00 all’ora per almeno 20 ore di lezione, € 5,00 all’ora per pił di 40 ore di lezione. Materiali a carico degli studenti, tranne i cavalletti che verranno forniti sul posto.
A long, intense weekend dedicated to watercolors, techniques and materials. The subjects will be the surrounding landscapes. The course will take place partially in the studio and partially outdoor. (easels will be supplied, but the other materials are charged to the students, a list will be supplied on request) 4 hours in the friday afternoon, other 7 hours during saturday and 4 hours during sunday, for a total amount of 15 hours and a total cost of €100,00

Will be at complete disposal the wonderfull landscape of Tuscany, for a revitalizing weekend in wich, using different methods will tray to enlarge the one's awareness and to acquire more clearness and detachment toward negative emotions, to develope more kindness and availability as real antidotes to stress . Different activities will alternate in different moments during the day, both Saturday and Sunday the schedule will be from 10 to 17 with a break between 13 and 14.

The own life often seems to be compounded of experiences following one another, that we cannot control in any way, and so own happyness or unhappyness looks like depending on chance, totally depending from external factors. For the purpose to get in the our hands the our own happyness, meant as a deep and durable happyness, is necessary to know its causes to may obtain them. In this simple retreat, with an easy approach will be showed the law of cause and effect as it is explained in the Lam -Rim of Tibetan Buddhism. Will be sessions of meditation and explanationin a traditional manner. In addition,for who will wish it, will be possible to mantain the concentration between the sessions, sharing the own meditational experiences using simple expressive techniques. L’aspetto tecnico artistico naturalmente non sarą l’obiettivo primario, mentre le immagini create dai partecipanti serviranno sia per facilitare e focalizzare le proprie visualizzazioni, che per condividerle con gli altri senza la mediazione verbale, in un clima di calda compartecipazione. Il ritiro si terrą con un minimo di 5 partecipanti. Verrą richiesto un contributo libero per i materiali da disegno.
